EL OSO WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION HAS THE FOLLOWING OPENINGS:

GENERAL MANAGER

El Oso Water Supply Corporation is seeking a qualified self-directed leader for the position of General Manager.  El Oso WSC provides water services to four counties in South Texas.  Applicant must have a Class "C" or higher Groundwater Operator Certification.  

The General Manager will respond to the changing dynamics of the organization and the county, by proividng leadership and strategic direction to the rapidly growing operations of the WSC.  

Responsiblities of the General Manager include oversight in developing and implementing organizational strategies to address and ensure service, supply and demand management; expansion and capacity; creation and coordination of policy and service issues with regulatory agencies.  

Five or more years experience working on a ground water system.  Previous management /supervisory experience is required. Must possess a valid Texas Drivers License and good driving record. Compensation based on experienced.  Excellent benefit package.
